My work in the healing professions began several decades ago. Because of sporting and car accidents I searched for healing methods that would help my recovery. I found that Polarity and Craniosacral Therpay were fantastic. I did not start off with them because I didn't really understand what was available in the community. So I started because my teacher told me about a chairopractor that specialized in sports injuries. After two years of treatments I was getting worse. I tried a different chiropractor one that was a light touch and what a difference. Eventually I tired combinations of work and found massga and reiki also beneficial for a while. In my reoovery I tried swimming and weight training which also helped. Finally I found Polarity at my chiropractors office and that led me to return to school to study Polarity Therapy. My doctor was amazed!
